Every six out of ten people have problems with pimples . However there are only few who happen to get pimples inside the nose.

It starts off as a small irritation in the nose. The small irritation gradually increases in the pain felt. Or sometimes, it can be found only when one is cleaning ones nose. Actually it doesn’t matter how to find if a pimple inside the nose exists. But one has to note that the same rules that apply to treat normal pimples on the skin apply for its treatment too. The same rules apply for the treating.

Though anybody can explain how acne grows, no one exactly knows why acne grows. Because it is known how it grows, it is possible to avoid the growth of the pimples, whether on the normal skin or INSIDE the nose.

The first thing that any pimple tempts you to do is to POP it. Now few think popping is fine as long as it is done safely. Some say it causes scars, which is what we call CYSTS. Both of which are not proved yet. But any body can be tempted to POP the pimple inside the nose because no one can see if there is a scar.

But I say DON’T pop it up. It will be irritating, but popping it inside the nose, create more irritation inside the nose. Of course the fact that there are hair inside your nose, makes it more risky as the bacteria can settle down, no matter how clean you keep it.

The best solution for treating this is taking balanced diet. Avoid coffee, chocolates and excess oils. And take food containing Vitamin B. It will help. And be patient. That’s how you can decrease your chances of growing cysts in your nose.

And as soon as you realize the pimple is gone, make sure you use safe and clean scissors to cut the hair in your nostrils. There is too much of it there.
